Appointment Committment:
An appointment with us is a bond that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. We promise we will respect your time and do all within our power to keep you from waiting. We ask that you respect our time and the time of our other patients. Broken appointments, lateness and frequent short notice cancellation are not fair to us and we reserve the right to discontinue treatment on patients who do not respect our time.
Emergency Policy:
We recognize that emergencies do occur. Patients in our practice may call the office 24 hours a day. The answering service will contact Dr. Paisner or one of the doctors in our emergency coverage group.
Sterilization:
Our practice meets or exceeds all of the requirements of the Centers of Disease Control, Occupational and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency for infection control procedures in the dental environment. We provide the highest standards in sterilization and asepsis, performing each procedure in a fashion that prevents cross-contamination. Our instruments are sterilized after each use. We use a steam and pressure autoclave to achieve sterilization. All dental units are equipped with a closed water system.
Directions:
From the North: (click here for a map) Take Exit 5 West off of the Everett Turnpike. At the end of the off-ramp, cross over West Hollis Street onto Main Dunstable Road. Turn left at the third traffic light onto Northeastern Boulevard(between the 7-11 convenience store and Shell gas station). Our office is a quarter-mile down on the right-hand side, next to Belletetes Hardware store.
From the South: (click here for a map) Take Exit 4 off of the Everett Turnpike. At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto East Dunstable Road. At the second traffic light, turn onto Harris Road (Shell gas station on the corner). At the next set of traffic lights, bear right. Our office is 1/4 mile down on the left-hand side, next to Belletetes Hardware store.
