As with all good partnerships, our ability to keep our commitments to you relies strongly on your cooperation in some important areas:

Appointment Commitment:

An appointment with us is a bond that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for treatment. We promise we will respect your time and do all within our power to keep you from waiting. We ask that you respect our time and the time of our other patients. Broken appointments, lateness and frequent short notice cancellation are not fair to us and we reserve the right to discontinue treatment on patients who do not respect our time.

Emergency Policy:

In the unfortunate circumstance that a dental emergency occurs, patients within our practice may call the office 24 hours a day. Please ring until your call is answered by the answering service, the attendant of which will contact one of the Drs. Paisner, or the on-call doctor in our emergency coverage group.

Payment for Services Rendered:

Receiving services from Paisner Dental Associates constitutes the patient’s agreement to pay Paisner Dental Associates for these services. We offer the following ways for you to pay for your dentistry.

  1. Cash at Time of Treatment (5% bookkeeping discount)
  2. Assignment of Insurance Benefits (balance due in 30 days)
  3. MasterCard, Visa and Discover Credit Card Payments Accepted
